Heather is a Certified Massage Therapist who first discovered her passion for bodywork growing up in Thailand, where massage is an integral part of the culture. She deepened her knowledge and skills by obtaining her Thai Massage Certificate and Thai Aromatherapy Massage Certificate from Wat Po Traditional Thai Massage School in Bangkok, TH in 2007. In September of 2013, Heather graduated from The National Holistic Institute in San Francisco having completed over 900 hours of anatomical, kinesthetic, and practical massage training.
Heather Udomrat, founder of Salus Massage and Bodywork, operates her massage practice out of the Inner Richmond neighborhood of San Francisco. Her mission is not to provide temporary relief, but rather to work with you over a series of sessions to realign your body in order to help you feel like the best possible version of yourself. Heather makes a point to give each client a customized bodywork session that is custom-tailored to their individual needs by incorporating an array of massage techniques that include Thai, Deep Tissue, and Trigger-Point Therapy (MFT), to name a few.
